Participation in the 7th International Border Management Conference

Adviser to the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Drazen Maravic and Chargé d’Affaires a.i. at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Tunisia Mrs. Andjela Jovanovic participated in the 7th International Border Management Conference organized by the International Center for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), which was held on 27th and 28th November 2024 in Tunis.
The Conference was held with the aim of paving the way for capacity partnerships to serve anticipatory border governance. The program included four key elements – governance, professionalization, modernisaiton and communication. The Conference was also an opportunity to share and discuss practices and methods of providing concrete support and coordinating the implementation of the above mentioned drivers at multi-agency level, but also across borders.
