Ambassador Dijana Ivancic met with Director General of the Customs Administration of the Republic of Tunisia Mr. Mohamed Hédi Safer, with whom she discussed strengthening cooperation between Serbia and Tunisia in the field of customs.
In a very cordial atmosphere, the interlocutors discussed opportunities for developing cooperation and exchanging expertise between the relevant institutions, which would give new impetus to bilateral relations between the two traditionally friendly countries, improve economic cooperation and encourage investments.
Ambassador Ivancic informed that Serbia will chair the Global Partnership on Artifical Intelligence this year, while in 2027 it will host the specialized exhibition EXPO 2027, which represents an opportunity for Serbian and Tunisian business people to meet and exchange contacts.
