Participation at the 7th International Border Management Conference

Advisor to the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Drazen Maravic and Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Tunisia Andjela Jovanovic participated in the 7th International Border Management Conference, which was held on 27th and 28th November 2024 in Tunis, organised by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD).

The Conference was organised with the aim of paving the way for capacity partnerships to serve anticipatory border governance. The program included four key elements – governance, professionalisation, modernisaiton and communication. The Conference was also an opportunity to share and discuss practices and methods for supporting concretely and align the implementation of the mentioned drivers at multi-agency level, but also across borders.
